Welcome to HyperFlow, a service provided by MIRINAE Corporation ("MIRINAE," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HyperFlow platform and related services and products ("HyperFlow Services" or "Services"). By accessing or using HyperFlow Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Additional service-specific terms may apply depending on the features or components you use.

1. Membership and Account

To use HyperFlow Services, you may be required to register an account ("Account"). Upon registration and acceptance, you will be granted access credentials to manage and use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

2. Content and Licensing

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload ("Your Content"). To operate, improve, and promote HyperFlow Services, you grant MIRINAE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute Your Content as necessary.

This license is used solely for the following purposes:

Delivering and displaying your content within the Service
Promoting HyperFlow features
Research and development, including AI training
Accessibility and discoverability improvements

We will not use your content for other purposes without your prior consent.

3. Personal Information

MIRINAE collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently.

4. Respect for Others

You agree to respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others. You must not copy, distribute, or use third-party content without proper authorization.
